My London Pharmacy discount code

Two codes, and which one you need depends on the step you order at. Get it wrong and you will be charged more than the headline rate suggests, which is the detail most listings skip.
First order at Step 1
27% off
Applies only when your first My London Pharmacy order is placed at Step 1, the starting step
GIVEFOUND
First order at any later step
10% off
A different code and a lower rate, when your first order is placed at any later step
GIVEFOUND10
Codes and terms last checked 25 August 2026. These are two separate codes: GIVEFOUND for a first order at Step 1, GIVEFOUND10 for a first order at any later step. They cannot be combined, and both are first order only. Not sure which step applies to you? Read our guide to the six steps.

Using the code

Three steps, then check the total

Know your step first

It decides which code you need. Step 1 is the starting step and takes GIVEFOUND for 27%; any later step takes GIVEFOUND10 for 10%. Our steps guide explains how the six steps work and why the last three are options rather than a ladder.

Complete the consultation

A UK prescriber reviews your answers before any prescription-only decision is made. Answer accurately: the review is a safeguard, not a formality, and no code influences its outcome.

Apply it and check the total

Enter your code in the promotional field at checkout and confirm the discount before paying. If you ordered at Step 1 and see 10%, you have most likely used GIVEFOUND10 by mistake.

Why the step matters

The 27% rate applies only to a first order at Step 1. Anyone joining at a later step, which includes most people switching provider mid-treatment, receives 10% with the second code instead. Codes can also expire or be withdrawn without notice, so both rates should be treated as accurate at the last checked date and confirmed at checkout.

About My London Pharmacy

My London Pharmacy is a UK registered online pharmacy offering clinician-led weight management alongside a wider range of licensed treatments. The model is consultation first: you complete an online medical assessment, a UK prescriber reviews your answers, and where treatment is approved it is dispensed by the registered pharmacy and dispatched by tracked delivery in unbranded packaging.

Two things are worth noting when weighing them up. The pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under 9012851, which you can confirm yourself using the badge above rather than taking our word for it. And they operate a maintenance pathway, which matters if you expect to be treated long term rather than for a few months, because plenty of providers simply stop prescribing once your BMI falls below the starting thresholds.

Getting real value from the discount

  • Compare the discounted total against other providers’ standard prices, not against My London Pharmacy’s own pre-discount figure. Our discount price list and cheapest price guide cover the method.
  • Budget past month one. Both rates are first order only, so your ongoing cost is the standard price at whichever step you settle on.
  • Price the step you will reach, not the one you start at. Cost usually rises as you move up the steps.
  • Check eligibility before you shop using our BMI and eligibility guide.
  • Think about maintenance if you expect long term treatment: see maintenance friendly pharmacies.

Honest answers

What is the My London Pharmacy discount code?

There are two. GIVEFOUND gives 27% off a first order at Step 1. GIVEFOUND10 gives 10% off a first order at any later step. Use the one that matches your step.

Can I use both codes together?

No. They are alternatives for different steps, not stackable discounts, and applying the wrong one is the commonest reason a code appears not to work properly.

Can existing customers use them?

No. Both rates are first order only.

Does a discount code guarantee I will be prescribed treatment?

No. A code changes price and nothing else. Treatment depends on your consultation, eligibility and a prescriber’s assessment.

Is Dayo part of My London Pharmacy?

No. Dayo is an independent comparison and information service operated by Medstack Ltd. We do not prescribe, dispense, hold stock or handle any part of your order.

What if the code does not work?

Usually you have the wrong code for your step: GIVEFOUND is Step 1 only, GIVEFOUND10 is for later steps. Other common causes are an existing account, an expired offer or a stray space when pasting. If none of those apply, tell us and we will re-check rather than leave a dead code published.

Our commercial position

Dayo may earn commission if you order after following a link on this page, at no cost to you. Commission does not affect ranking or inclusion: listings are ordered by price, and a provider that does not meet our verification standards is removed. At least 20% of relevant surplus is committed to UK charities under our charity pledge.
