About PillTime

PillTime started in Bristol in 2016 as a pouch pharmacy. Most customers get their repeat NHS medicines sorted into dated pouches, one for each time of day. Weight loss sits outside the NHS side. It is a private, paid service with its own assessment, its own pharmacist prescribers and its own support team.

The pharmacy runs from two units at Cribbs Causeway, north of Bristol. You cannot walk in. Every order goes out by post, and the GPhC’s 2026 report says PillTime delivers to England only. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, check before you start an assessment.

What the July 2026 inspection found

A GPhC inspector visited on 16 July 2026. Premises, services and equipment met the standards. Two standards did not.

• Weight checks. The team uses NHS summary care records for some medical history. It could not show it checks height, weight or BMI independently before prescribing weight loss treatment. Many people had no recent weight on their record.
• Discount codes. The inspector said discount codes linked to weight loss medicines on PillTime’s website did not follow MHRA and ASA guidance.

PillTime now has an improvement action plan, and the GPhC reinspects after six months. We list the code because PillTime publishes it. You should see the inspection result next to it. The full report is on the GPhC inspection site.

What is different about ordering here

Your prescriber is a pharmacist, not a doctor. Pharmacist prescribers are qualified to prescribe weight loss treatment, and many online pharmacies work this way. The difference is who reviews you, not the rules they follow.

If you already use PillTime for NHS pouches, weight loss does not join your pouch. It comes as its own private order, billed on its own, with its own support line. Keep the two apart when you contact them.

The tablet suits people who want to avoid needles or a fridge. PillTime also offers weekly injections. The code covers one first weight loss order, so pick the treatment your prescriber recommends before you use it.

What to expect after you order

• The assessment. An online form. Have your height, weight and current medicines to hand.
• The review. A pharmacist prescriber reads your answers. Expect a request for proof of weight, given the inspection finding.
• Dispatch. Posted from Bristol to addresses in England. Tablets need no fridge in transit.
• Repeat orders. The code is a one-off, so month two costs the standard price. Ask PillTime for that figure before you order.
• Side effects. Speak to the prescriber rather than stopping quietly. Report anything serious through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

Using the code properly

• First orders only. If you have ordered from PillTime before, compare on the standard price.
• Paste the code yourself. The link does not apply it. Type or paste it into the discount box.

PillTime discount code questions

What is the PillTime discount code on Dayo?

WLPT45 gives £45 off an eligible first PillTime order. The date stamp on this page shows when we last checked it. It is a typed checkout code, and treatment still depends on an online assessment and clinical approval.

Is WLPT45 for returning PillTime customers?

No repeat order saving is claimed here. WLPT45 is listed for a first order. If you are ordering again, compare the current standard price, or ask PillTime what is open to existing customers.

Does WLPT45 apply automatically?

No. You type it in. The link does not carry it. Copy it from this page, paste it into the discount box at the checkout, and check the total has dropped by £45 before you pay.

Does the PillTime code guarantee the tablet will be prescribed?

No. A code changes the price and nothing else. The tablet is prescription only, so supply depends on the consultation, eligibility checks and a prescriber agreeing it suits you.

Does PillTime deliver outside England?

The GPhC’s July 2026 report says PillTime delivers to England only. Check with PillTime before you start if you live elsewhere in the UK.

What did the GPhC inspection find?

On 16 July 2026 the GPhC found standards not all met. PillTime could not show independent checks of height, weight or BMI before prescribing weight loss treatment. The inspector also raised its use of discount codes on weight loss medicines. An improvement action plan is in place.

Is Dayo part of PillTime?
