E-Surgery is run by Total Access Health Ltd, a company set up in March 2017 and registered at the Enterprise Centre at the University of East Anglia. Most of the weight loss brands that have turned up in the past two years are websites sitting in front of somebody else’s dispensary. This one has been trading a good while longer, and it came out of the university rather than out of a marketing agency.
The dispensing happens at 42 Barnard Road in Bowthorpe, on the edge of Norwich. Those premises are on the General Pharmaceutical Council register as number 9012167, owned by Total Access Health Ltd, with Justin Dicks as superintendent pharmacist. There are no notices or conditions on the registration. The badge above goes straight to the entry, so you can read it yourself rather than take our word for it.
One thing you will not spot from the websites: the same registration covers E-Surgery, Evaro and E-Pharmacy. Three shop fronts, one pharmacy, one superintendent. So if you have already had a quote from one of them, checking another is not a second opinion.

What is different about ordering here
The prescribing and the dispensing happen inside the same business. That sounds minor and it is not. The inspection record you are reading belongs to the pharmacy that will actually pack your order, rather than to whichever dispensary a brand happens to be using this month.

The catch is that E-Surgery is a general online doctor, not a weight loss specialist. You get an established pharmacy that treats all sorts of conditions, but none of the coaching and habit tracking the specialists build into their pricing. What to expect after you order
- The assessment. A form, not a conversation. Have your height, weight and current medicines to hand before you start.
- The review. A prescriber reads it. If something needs clarifying you will hear from them before anything is dispensed.
- Dispensing. From the Norwich premises, tracked. Ordering late on a Friday is the usual reason a delivery estimate slips.
