Yes, and it has been since August 2026. Orforglipron reached the UK before the rest of Europe, which is unusual and worth understanding, because a lot of the material you will find online is written from a United States perspective and describes a different regulatory position and different prices.

The UK product is branded Foundayo. Orforglipron is the active ingredient, in the same way that semaglutide is the ingredient inside Wegovy and tirzepatide is the ingredient inside Mounjaro. If you search for one and find pages about the other, they are the same medicine, and any UK pharmacy dispensing it will be dispensing Foundayo.

How much does orforglipron cost in the UK?

There is no single price. Orforglipron is a private purchase, so every pharmacy sets its own, and the spread between the cheapest and the dearest provider for exactly the same tablets is wider than most people expect. Two things drive the number you actually pay:
