Pharmacy score checklist: what to confirm before you order Foundayo
A pharmacy score shows how a UK pharmacy did at inspection. The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) inspects registered pharmacies against five principles, and the score is the number recorded as met. Foundayo is a newly licensed tablet, so no pharmacy has years of experience supplying the medicine. The inspection record is the best public evidence you have on the business taking your order. Use the checklist below before you pay.
What does a pharmacy score tell you?
The score counts how many of the five principles were recorded as met when an inspector last reported on the pharmacy. The principles cover management, staff, premises, the supply of medicines, and equipment.
Dayo copies no star ratings into the score and adds no judgement of its own. Trustpilot figures appear in a separate column and load live from the review profile. Every registration certificate gets a manual check from us before a pharmacy enters the Foundayo price comparison.
What should you check before ordering a newly licensed tablet?
- Find the registration numberA UK pharmacy website must display its GPhC registration number. Look in the footer. A missing number ends the checklist.
- Match the number on the registerSearch the GPhC pharmacy register. The register entry must show the same business name and address as the website asking for your card details.
- Read the latest inspection resultThe index on this page shows whether a report exists and how many principles were recorded as met. Open the full report for anything below five.
- Check the date of the reportAn inspection from several years ago tells you less than a recent one. Foundayo reached UK pharmacies in August 2026, so most reports predate the medicine.
- Expect a real consultationGPhC guidance tells prescribers to verify weight, height and body mass index independently before a weight management medicine is supplied. Be wary of a checkout approving you from a short form alone.

What do standards met, standards not all met and not yet inspected mean?
The first two phrases are the overall outcomes the GPhC uses, as set out on its inspection outcomes page. The third describes a pharmacy with no published report.
Standards met
The pharmacy met every standard at the inspection. The GPhC gives this outcome only when all standards are met.
On Dayo the row reads 5 of 5.
Standards not all met
The inspector found a shortfall against one standard or several. The owner must tell the GPhC within five working days what action will follow. The inspector sets a deadline of 10, 20 or 60 working days for each improvement.
The GPhC publishes the action plan with the report and books a fresh inspection no later than six months from the day the owner receives the final report.
Not yet inspected
The pharmacy is registered and the GPhC has published no report for the registration number. Registration always comes first, and a routine inspection follows later.
Treat the pharmacy as unassessed. The register check and the consultation carry more weight here.
Which Foundayo pharmacies have been inspected by the GPhC?
Dayo lists 37 pharmacies with an active Foundayo price in this index. For 27 of them our records show a published outcome. 20 of those have all five principles recorded as met, and 7 have fewer. The remaining 10 are not yet inspected.
A hollow circle, or Not recorded when scripts are off, means our records do not show the principle as met at the latest inspection. The inspector either found the standards not all met or did not assess the principle at the visit. The report linked from the GPhC number shows which. A pharmacy name links to its discount code page on Dayo where we have one. The list starts in alphabetical order, and no pharmacy is ranked above another.

Farmeci and My London Pharmacy share registration 9012851 because one pharmacy dispenses for both. Medicspot and The Independent Pharmacy share 9012559. Lotus Weight Loss dispenses through 9013068, where no inspection report has been published. A pharmacy stays out of this index while we recheck its inspection record.
Why can a pharmacy sell Foundayo before its first inspection?
Registration and inspection are separate steps. The GPhC registers premises before opening, and inspectors visit on a schedule the regulator sets. A new online pharmacy often trades for many months before a first report appears.
The same applies after a move. New premises receive a new registration number, and earlier reports stay with the old number. A pharmacy with a long history sometimes shows as not yet inspected for this reason.
What can a pharmacy score not confirm?
No inspection so far has looked at how a pharmacy handles Foundayo. Reports published before August 2026 describe the pharmacy and say nothing about this tablet.
The score is silent on delivery times, customer service and refunds. Customer reviews cover those areas. The community project at comparepharmacyscore.com gathers review scores for UK online pharmacies.
The score is also silent on your health. Foundayo is available on private prescription in the UK at present. A registered prescriber decides whether the medicine is right for you. Dayo does not sell, prescribe or dispense.
How do you raise a concern about a Foundayo pharmacy with the GPhC?
You can report a registered pharmacy to the General Pharmaceutical Council if your Foundayo order went wrong. Examples include tablets sent after no real consultation, or a register entry with a different name or address from the website you paid.
Start with the pharmacy’s own complaints process. Keep your order number, emails and the box the tablets came in. If the reply does not settle the problem, use the concerns form on the GPhC website and quote the registration number from the index above. The GPhC decides what action to take.
Foundayo received its MHRA licence on 10 August 2026, so few reports yet cover how pharmacies supply this tablet. For a suspected side effect, report to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme as well.

What does standards met mean on a GPhC report?
Standards met is the overall outcome the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) gives when a pharmacy meets every standard at inspection. A single unmet standard changes the overall outcome to standards not all met.
What does standards not all met mean?
The inspector found one or more standards unmet on the day of the visit. The owner must send the GPhC an improvement action plan, and the GPhC publishes the plan next to the report. The pharmacy stays registered while the improvements are made, unless the regulator takes separate enforcement action.
What does not yet inspected mean for a Foundayo pharmacy?
The pharmacy holds GPhC registration and no inspection report has been published for the registration number. New premises and recently moved premises often sit in this group. You have no inspection evidence in either direction, so rely on the register entry and the quality of the prescriber consultation.
How long does the pharmacy score checklist take?
Around five minutes for one pharmacy. Most of the time goes on finding the registration number on the pharmacy website and matching the name and address on the GPhC register.
Is pharmacy score the same as pharmacyscore?
Yes. People type the term as two words and as one word. On Dayo both refer to the count of GPhC inspection principles recorded as met for a pharmacy.
Does Dayo sell Foundayo?
