ZAVA discount code

Two live ZAVA codes, one for first-time patients and one for people ordering again. Tap the code that matches you and it copies as ZAVA opens, so you can check the discount has landed before paying.

New patients
£40 off your first order

First time ordering with ZAVA, on eligible orders

WLSMR40
Returning patients
£15 off your repeat order

Ordered with ZAVA before, on eligible orders

WLSMR15

Codes last checked 23 August 2026. Use the one matching your customer type: applying a new-customer code to a repeat order is the most common reason a code is rejected at checkout.

Regulatory records

Who is behind ZAVA, and how to check

ZAVA is unusual among the providers we list in being both a regulated healthcare service and a dispensing operation, which means two separate regulators hold records on it. Both are public, and both are linked below.

Using the codes

Three steps, and one check that matters

Pick the code for your situation

WLSMR40 if you have never ordered from ZAVA, WLSMR15 if you have. Tapping either copies it to your clipboard automatically as ZAVA opens in a new tab.

Complete the consultation

ZAVA's clinical team reviews your questionnaire before any prescription-only decision is made. Answer accurately: the review is a safeguard, not a formality, and a discount code has no influence on its outcome.

Paste, then verify the total

Enter the code in the discount box and watch the figure change. Add delivery and any repeat-order terms to work out what you are really paying, then compare that number rather than the headline.

Why a code may be rejected

Usually one of four things: the wrong customer type (a new-patient code on a repeat order, or the reverse), a stray space when pasting, an expired offer, or a treatment the promotion excludes. If WLSMR40 or WLSMR15 is rejected and none of those apply, let us know and we will re-check the listing.

About ZAVA

ZAVA is an established UK online doctor service operated by Health Bridge Ltd. The model is consultation first: you complete a medical questionnaire, a clinician reviews it, and only then is a prescription-only treatment decision made. Where treatment is approved, it is dispensed through ZAVA's registered pharmacy and delivered to you.

What makes ZAVA worth understanding properly is the dual regulation. The clinical service sits under the Care Quality Commission, the healthcare regulator for England, while the dispensing pharmacy sits under the General Pharmaceutical Council. Most online pharmacies only carry the second. Two regulators means two independent public records you can inspect before trusting anyone with your medical information, and we have linked both above rather than describing them.

Where ZAVA fits

UK providers are still building out their weight management offerings, and which specific treatments any provider stocks, or which are covered by a given promotion, changes frequently in a market this new. Confirm on ZAVA's own site what is actually available before assuming a code applies to the treatment you want.

If you are weighing up options, our steps guide explains how treatment is structured, and our BMI and eligibility guide covers the licensed thresholds before you spend time on a consultation.

Making the discount actually worth something

  • Compare the discounted total against other providers' full prices. £40 off is only a saving if the starting price is competitive; see our discount price list and best price guide.
  • Model month two and beyond. The returning-customer code is worth £25 less than the new-customer one, which tells you something useful about the real ongoing cost.
  • Factor in the step you will reach. Treatment escalates through six steps and price usually rises as you move up: our steps guide explains where most people settle.
  • Check eligibility first, not last. Our BMI and eligibility guide covers the licensed thresholds before you spend time on a consultation.

Our commercial position

Dayo is independent of ZAVA. We do not prescribe, dispense, hold stock or handle any part of your order, and we are not party to the transaction. We may earn commission if you order after following a link on this page, at no cost to you. Commission does not affect ranking or inclusion: providers that do not meet our verification standards are removed, and at least 20% of relevant surplus is committed to UK charities under our charity pledge. For anything about an order, consultation or delivery, contact ZAVA directly; for a correction to this page, use our contact page.

ZAVA discount code questions

What is the ZAVA code for new customers?

WLSMR40, giving £40 off eligible first orders as at 23 August 2026.

What is the ZAVA code for returning customers?

WLSMR15, giving £15 off eligible repeat orders. Existing patients cannot use the new-customer code.

Does a ZAVA discount code guarantee I will be prescribed treatment?

No. A code changes the price and nothing else. Prescription-only treatment depends on your consultation, eligibility and a clinician's judgement, and being declined means the safeguard worked.

Is Dayo part of ZAVA?

No. We are an independent UK comparison and information service operated by Medstack Ltd. We track and verify codes so you can compare real costs; we have no role in your care.

Can I use both codes?

No. They are alternatives for different customer types, not stackable discounts, and applying the wrong one is the commonest reason a code fails at checkout.
