New Health is a UK online weight loss service built around an online assessment, clinician review and home delivery, with medicines supplied through MedPal Pharmacy, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under premises number 9011199. That registration is the thing to check, and the badge above takes you straight to the official register entry rather than asking you to take our word for it. Three things New Health says about its own service are worth knowing before you compare it with anyone else. First, it describes the weight loss service as having no subscription, so you are not committing to a rolling plan to get the introductory price. Second, it says free, unlimited consultations with UK-registered clinicians are included, reachable by WhatsApp or email without booking an appointment, alongside a clinician-trained WhatsApp assistant for quick questions at any hour, with a human available on request. Third, it says every order comes with real-time tracking. These are New Health’s claims about New Health, not findings of ours; what we have verified is the pharmacy registration, the premises and the ownership of the website.

One practical note at the time of writing: New Health has said it is handling high order volumes, so dispatch can take a little longer than usual. If timing matters to you, factor that in.

New Health is one of the newest names on Dayo, launched in May 2026, and it is unusual in having a stock-market-listed parent. That makes it more transparent than most, because the ownership and the pharmacy acquisitions are all in public filings. Here is what those filings say.

What is different about ordering here

New Health owns its pharmacy, which is less common than it sounds. Many online weight loss brands are a website in front of somebody else’s dispensary, and when that arrangement changes the patient is the last to know. Here the brand, the prescribing and the dispensing sit inside one listed group, so the accountability is straightforward and the inspection record you are reading belongs to the pharmacy that will actually post your order.

The trade-off is youth. The brand launched in May 2026, the pharmacy changed hands in late 2025, and the only published inspection predates both. Nothing in the public record suggests a problem, and the group’s stock exchange announcements are more detailed than most private providers ever publish, but a short track record is a short track record. What to expect after you order

• Assessment. New Health describes a two-minute online assessment. Have your height, weight and a list of your current medicines ready; a short form does not mean a casual review.
• Clinical review. New Health says approval decisions are typically made within 48 hours. If the clinician needs more information you will be contacted before anything is dispensed.

Yes. New Health’s weight loss service covers oral (tablet) treatment as well as injectable options, and the code applies to eligible first orders across the service rather than to one route only. • It stacks, but only if you add it. Their own discount is automatic on New Health’s site; the £12 is not. Enter DAYO12 yourself and check both reductions appear.
• It is a first-order saving for eligible new customers, so budget for New Health’s standard price from month two onwards.
• Check the discount lands before paying. If the total does not fall by both amounts, do not complete the order, and tell us through our contact page so we can re-check the listing.
