IQ Doctor is a UK online pharmacy service built around an assessment pathway: you complete the provider’s questions, a clinical team reviews suitability, and only then is a prescription-only treatment decision made. It publishes pharmacy registration number 9010411 with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and the badge above opens that entry on the regulator’s own site so you can confirm it rather than take our word for it.

The second is the ownership structure. The company, the superintendent pharmacist and the dispensary are all in Birmingham and all IQ Doctor’s own, so there is no partner pharmacy to trace and no question about who is accountable for your order. The newer dispensing site registered in 2025 passed its first inspection in August 2026, which is the most recent inspection outcome of any provider on this list.

The third is breadth, and it cuts both ways. Because IQ Doctor covers a wide range of conditions, the weight management service is one line among many rather than the entire business. You will not get a coaching programme or a community. You will get a prescriber review, the medicine and a courier. What to expect after you order

• Assessment. An online questionnaire covering your weight, health conditions and current medicines. Answer to inform rather than to pass. A declined application means the check worked.
• Prescriber review. A pharmacist independent prescriber reviews the answers. IQ Doctor states that nothing is approved automatically, and the prescriber may message you before deciding.
• Dispatch. From the Birmingham dispensary in plain packaging. IQ Doctor aims at next working day delivery for orders approved before 3pm, so treat that as the best case rather than a promise.

Does DYWELCOME apply to oral weight loss treatment?

The code is a first order saving on eligible orders rather than a discount attached to one named treatment, so it is not restricted to a single route by design. Which treatment can be prescribed to you, tablet or injection, is decided by the clinical team after your assessment and depends on what is suitable for you and available at the time. Using DYWELCOME properly

• Nothing happens unless you paste it. This is a typed code, not an automatic link discount, and forgetting to enter it is the single most common way a saving disappears.
• New customers only. Budget for the standard price from your second order onwards, and check whether the service reorders on a cycle.
