The two codes are not interchangeable. - Nothing happens unless you paste it. These are typed codes, not automatic link discounts, and forgetting to enter one is the most common way a saving disappears.
- Match the code to your account. SAVE2026 is for first orders, NEWME is for returning orders. Trying the wrong one wastes a checkout, not the offer.
- Enter it exactly. A trailing space copied along with the code is enough to have it rejected, and the error message rarely tells you that is the reason.
- Check the money comes off before paying. If it does not, do not complete the order, and tell us through our contact page so we can re-check the listing.
