Contact Dayo
Corrections, pricing discrepancies, provider concerns, press enquiries and pharmacy listings. Real people, a real company, a real address, all checkable on the public record.
Report a price error
Found a price on Dayo that does not match the provider's checkout? Tell us the provider, the page and what you actually saw. Reader reports are the fastest way errors get caught, and we act on them.
Raise a provider concern
Conflicting pharmacy address, unclear dispensing arrangement, unexpected subscription term or anything that does not add up? Include supporting evidence and we will review it manually, restricting the listing while significant concerns are investigated.
Pharmacies and press
Pharmacies wanting to be considered for listing should expect our full verification process, which cannot be bypassed or purchased. Journalists are welcome to get in touch about our methodology or findings.
How to reach us
Dayo is operated by Medstack Ltd, which runs contact for the whole network through a single route so nothing gets lost between four sites. Use the Medstack contact form on Monj and mention Dayo in your message so it reaches the right desk.
When reporting a pricing or listing issue, including these details gets it resolved far faster: the provider name, the Dayo page address, the price or claim you saw on our site, what the provider's own site showed instead, and the date and time you checked. A screenshot helps enormously.

The company record is public and linked above deliberately: we ask you to verify the pharmacies we list, so it would be poor form not to be verifiable ourselves.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice
Dayo does not sell medicines, issue prescriptions, dispense, or advise on whether Foundayo is right for you. Please do not send us medical histories or clinical questions: we are not able to answer them, and your prescriber or pharmacist can. For urgent medical concerns contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency. Suspected side effects should go to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
We also cannot chase an order, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or access your account with a pharmacy. Those all sit with the provider you ordered from, because Dayo is never party to the transaction. If a provider is unresponsive, that is worth telling us anyway: repeated reports of that kind are a verification concern.
What happens after you report something
- Price reports. We re-check the provider's checkout ourselves, usually the same day. If you are right, the price on Dayo is corrected and the correction is logged against that provider's record. You will not always hear back individually, but you will see the change.
- Provider concerns. A person reads it, not a filter. If the concern is about registration, dispensing arrangements or ownership, we check the public registers first and contact the provider second. A listing can be restricted while a significant concern is looked into, and removed if it is upheld. Our verification standards set out what counts.
- Corrections to a guide. If we got a fact wrong, the page is corrected and its reviewed date is updated. How that works is in the editorial policy.
- Listing requests. Pharmacies are sent the verification questionnaire and asked for evidence of premises and registration. There is no fee and no fast track.
Who regulates what
A lot of messages we receive are really for a regulator, and knowing which one saves weeks. In the UK the responsibilities split like this:
- General Pharmaceutical Council regulates pharmacies and pharmacists, including the online ones that dispense weight loss treatment. Concerns about a pharmacy's conduct, supply without a proper consultation or a prescriber's behaviour go to the GPhC concerns process.
- Care Quality Commission regulates doctor-led clinical services in England. If the service that assessed you is CQC registered and the concern is clinical, the CQC feedback route is the right one.
- MHRA handles medicines themselves: suspected side effects, suspected counterfeit or unlicensed products, and websites selling prescription medicines without a prescription, through the Yellow Card scheme.
- Advertising Standards Authority covers advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public, which is not permitted in the UK. Adverts naming a prescription medicine and inviting you to buy it can be reported to the ASA.
- Your card provider or Trading Standards for a straightforward consumer dispute: a subscription you could not cancel, a refund not paid, goods not received.
Tell us as well, whichever route you take. A pattern of complaints about one provider is exactly the kind of thing our verification process is meant to catch, and we cannot see it if nobody mentions it.
Contact questions
How do I contact Dayo?
Through the Medstack contact form on Monj, mentioning Dayo in your message. Medstack Ltd runs contact for the whole network through one route so that reports about the same pharmacy on different sites reach the same desk.
Can Dayo help with my order from a pharmacy?
No. Dayo is never part of the transaction, so it cannot chase an order, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or see your account. Those requests go to the pharmacy you ordered from. If a pharmacy is unresponsive, tell us anyway, because repeated reports are a verification concern.
How quickly are price errors fixed?
Reader reports are re-checked against the provider's own checkout, usually the same day, and corrected as soon as they are confirmed. Every price on the index carries the date it was last verified.
Can a pharmacy pay to be listed or ranked higher on Dayo?
No. Listings are ordered by price, inclusion depends on passing the Dayo Verified checks, and there is no paid placement of any kind. Dayo may earn a commission when a reader orders through a link, which is disclosed on every page it applies to.
Does Dayo give medical advice?
No. Dayo does not sell, prescribe or dispense medicines and cannot advise whether a treatment is right for you. Clinical questions go to your prescriber or pharmacist, urgent concerns to NHS 111 or 999, and suspected side effects to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
