Onescript is a registered pharmacy in Preston. Blueco Healthcare Limited owns and runs the pharmacy. Onescript dispenses medicines for other healthcare businesses and does not sell to the public. This page sets out who they are, how the LillyDirect service works and what this means for you.

Who runs Onescript
Blueco Healthcare Limited is a UK company registered at Companies House under number 15588416. Blueco was incorporated on 23 March 2024. The registered office is 468 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8AR.
Onescript’s own website says brothers Issa and Mehfuz founded the business and run the company. Blueco is founder-owned. The company is not part of a larger pharmacy group.

A business to business pharmacy
Onescript dispenses medicines on behalf of other organisations. These include clinics, healthcare brands, insurers, NHS services and pharmaceutical programmes. Blueco and Onescript run no patient-facing service of their own. You cannot order from Onescript direct.
The providers Onescript works with are independent businesses. Blueco does not own them. They are Onescript’s customers.
Onescript is the only pharmacy premises Blueco owns or operates. In the past, other pharmacies did some of Blueco’s dispensing. For this reason, older provider pages may show a different pharmacy name. Onescript now does all of the dispensing. If you are unsure who dispenses your medicine, ask your provider.
Onescript says the company is building a public tool. The tool will let you check whether a provider works with Onescript and meets the “Onescript Partner Standard”.
What LillyDirect is
LillyDirect is a UK service from Eli Lilly. Lilly offers the service to private UK regulated healthcare companies. The service starts after a prescription is written. A dispensing partner dispenses the medicine and delivers the parcel to your home.
The Pharmacist reported the UK launch on 29 June 2026. At launch, LillyDirect covered private prescriptions of Mounjaro (tirzepatide). The report named two dispensing partners: “Onescript by Blueco Healthcare and Pharmacy2U”.
1. Your provider prescribes
The provider’s own clinicians decide whether to prescribe. They keep full responsibility for the prescribing decision.
2. A partner receives the prescription
The provider sends an electronic prescription to a LillyDirect dispensing partner, such as Onescript.
3. The partner dispenses and delivers
The partner pharmacy dispenses the medicine and posts the parcel to your home.
Lilly does not prescribe. Lilly says the company plays no role in clinical decisions.
On 2 August 2026, Pharmacy Business reported a change. Lilly had opened LillyDirect to more UK pharmacies registered with the GPhC and running private weight management services. Onescript and Pharmacy2U stayed as the two contracted dispensing partners.

Can I order medicine direct from Onescript?
No. Onescript works business to business. The pharmacy dispenses prescriptions sent by clinics and healthcare brands and does not sell to the public.
Why does my parcel say Onescript when I ordered from another brand?
Your provider may use Onescript to dispense and post your medicine. Many online brands use a separate pharmacy. Ask your provider if you are unsure.
